I wouldn’t expect snow in Tokyo in February. I do remember going to Ishikawa one year late January into Mid February when they experienced more than normal snow fall. Shinkansen didn’t operate for a day or so on multiple occasions and buses stopped going to Shirakawago. Later into winter the better imo.. Kraft mac and cheese
